The test below is the Perceived Stress Test. It is the test researchers use most to ascertain a subject’s stress level. The test involves only 10 questions and takes very little time to complete.

The test is confidential; you are the only person who receives the score. To receive an accurate stress assessment, it is important that you consider each question carefully and answer honestly.

The questions in this scale ask you about your thoughts, feelings and perceptions during the last month. In each case, you will be asked to indicate how often you thought, felt or saw things in a certain way. Again, in answering you are looking back over the last month.
